Our approach is grounded in rigorous methodology drawn from leading academic and industry research on AI strategy, operating model design, and responsible governance. We’re deliberately small — every engagement is led by a principal. There are no junior teams doing the work while a partner takes the credit. What you see is what you get.

We have no financial relationship with any AI vendor, platform, or technology provider. Our recommendations are driven entirely by what's right for the client. That independence is foundational — not a selling point.
